So, after all that cliffhanger drama from the end of last week's episode, we finally get to dive back into The 100 Season 3, Episode 2. You know, the one where Clarke is, uh, a little more connected to Lexa than she probably ever wanted to be. Wanheda Part Two – did it live up to the hype? Or did it leave us hanging for another whole week? Let's get into it, shall we?
Honestly, this episode felt like it was all about setting the stage for… well, for whatever big, messy thing is about to go down. We saw Clarke trying to process everything that happened with Lexa, and let's be real, who wouldn't be a little freaked out after that? It’s like waking up and realizing your crush from high school is suddenly your spirit animal. Awkward, right?
Clarke's New Gig: Commander-Adjacent?
The big question is, what does this whole Lexa-Vibe-in-Clarke thing mean? Is Clarke suddenly going to start wearing war paint and speaking in prophecies? It’s a really fascinating angle they're exploring. It feels like the writers are playing with this idea of inherited leadership, or maybe even a sort of spiritual possession. Is it a blessing or a curse? That’s the million-dollar question, and I’m definitely leaning towards 'curse' right now, given how much chaos usually follows these sorts of supernatural connections in this show.
And let’s not forget about the big baddie of the episode, Pike. This guy is just… a lot. He’s like that super enthusiastic but totally misguided uncle who always has the best intentions but ends up burning down the entire barbecue. His whole "us vs. them" mentality is so tiring, isn't it? You’d think after all the destruction these groups have caused each other, people would have learned a thing or two about cooperation. Apparently not.
Bellamy's Existential Crisis, Day 17
Bellamy, on the other hand, is really struggling. He's caught in this whirlwind of guilt and trying to figure out his place in the world now that Lexa's gone. It’s like he’s lost his anchor. Remember how he used to be so sure of himself? Now he’s all brooding and making questionable decisions. I guess that’s what happens when your entire moral compass gets a severe shaking.
![TV Review: THE 100: Season 3, Episode 2: Wanheda, Pt. 2 [The CW]](https://film-book.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/neil-sandilands-alycia-debnam-carey-adina-porter-the-100-3.02-wanheda-2-600x300-e1454948763935.jpeg)
This whole Pike situation is really putting Bellamy in a bind. He’s got this loyalty to his people, but is he really okay with Pike’s radical ideas? It feels like we’re watching him wrestle with his own inner demons, and it’s honestly pretty compelling. Will he stand up to Pike, or will he get swept up in the same fervor? I’m on the edge of my seat, folks!
The "Nuts" and The "Newbies"
Then there are the Skai. The ones who are just trying to survive. They’re the real victims in all of this, aren't they? And seeing them caught in the crossfire of the Grounders' internal drama and the Arkers' new-found aggression is just heartbreaking. It’s like watching a bunch of kids fight over a toy while a puppy tries to sneak some food, only the "puppy" is in actual danger.

And that whole scene with them being rounded up… yikes. It was tense. Really tense. It reminded me of those moments in horror movies where you just know something bad is about to happen, and you can’t look away. The way Pike just dismisses their lives as… well, as nuts… is chilling. It really highlights how easily people can dehumanize others when they're afraid or have an agenda.
Raven's Robot Arms: Still Cool
Okay, let's talk about Raven. She's still the coolest, right? Even with her cybernetic arm, she's out there trying to figure things out and keep people safe. She’s the brains of the operation, the one who’s always thinking ahead. It’s like having a super-smart, slightly sarcastic robot sidekick. Who wouldn't want that?
Her determination is seriously inspiring. She’s not letting anything hold her back, and that’s something we can all learn from. Plus, her tech skills are just chef’s kiss. I mean, imagine having a personal tech support that can also build you a new limb. Sign me up!

The Wanheda Trail: Still a Mystery
And the whole Wanheda thing? Still a mystery. We're getting bits and pieces, but it feels like we're still so far from understanding the full picture. Who is Wanheda, really? What makes her so special that people are willing to go to such extreme lengths to find her? It’s like a treasure hunt, but instead of gold, it’s… whatever makes you worth a bounty.
This episode definitely left me with more questions than answers, which, in true The 100 fashion, is exactly what they want. They’re good at that, aren't they? Dangle a little mystery, then pull it away just as you think you’re getting close. It’s like chasing a laser pointer dot – you know it’s not real, but you can’t help but try and catch it.

What's Next for Our Favorites?
So, what’s the takeaway from Wanheda Part Two? It’s a bridge episode, for sure. It’s building up the tension, setting up new conflicts, and deepening the existing ones. We saw Clarke grappling with a very strange new reality, Bellamy struggling with his conscience, and Pike… well, Pike being Pike. And all the while, the shadow of Wanheda looms.
I’m curious to see how Clarke navigates this whole Lexa-influence thing. Is it going to make her a stronger leader, or will it break her? And will Bellamy finally find his backbone and stand up to Pike? The Grounders are in disarray, the Arkers are getting aggressive, and the Ice Nation is still out there somewhere. It feels like we’re on the cusp of something big, and I’m both terrified and completely hooked.
What did you guys think? Were you as bewildered and intrigued as I was? Let me know in the comments below! Until next time, stay safe and try not to get caught in any inter-factional warfare. That’s usually a bad sign.
